Two document types, three channels

Come accepts two document types for KYC: Aadhaar and PAN. The submission path is the same for both. The KYC check finishes in under thirty minutes for first-time withdrawals during the processing window.

Processing window

The KYC processing window runs between 09:00 and 21:00 IST. Submissions outside the window are picked up at 09:00 the next morning. The verification result is communicated through the live support window at /contact/.

Free withdrawal window

The free withdrawal window starts at one free withdrawal per day up to ₹10 lakh. The window widens at VIP tier 4 (two free withdrawals up to ₹20 lakh), then again at tier 11 (three free withdrawals up to ₹50 lakh). The full VIP table sits at /vip/.

Supported channels

Withdrawals are supported through UPI, IMPS and bank transfer. Each channel has its own processing window and minimum amount. The channel-specific limits are listed in the wallet menu inside the app.

If a KYC submission is rejected

The wallet desk sends a private message through the support window at /contact/. The same window accepts a corrected document. The customer-care desk at /customer-care/ can also be reached during the processing window.

KYC once per account

KYC verification is a one-time process per account. Updates to your name or address require a re-verification through the same path.
