First-time KYC checks are now completing in under thirty minutes. Three channels are supported: UPI, IMPS and bank transfer. Two document types are accepted: Aadhaar and PAN. The processing window runs between 09:00 and 21:00 IST, with overnight submissions picked up at 09:00 the next morning.
The free withdrawal window starts at one free withdrawal per day up to ten lakh rupees. The window widens at VIP tier 4 to two free withdrawals per day up to twenty lakh rupees, then again at tier 11 to three free withdrawals up to fifty lakh rupees. If a KYC submission is rejected, the wallet desk sends a private message through the support window at /contact/. The same window can be used to upload a corrected document. Players can also call the customer-care desk at /customer-care/ during the processing window.
