Direct download
The direct download for the Come app is published at the verified access route at /Login/playnow. The route returns the install page that matches your device, with the file size, the version number and the supported platform.
Verify the package
The APK file is signed with the operator's signing key. The signature is checked by the Android package manager at install time. If the signature is invalid or the package has been modified, the install is rejected.
If the download fails
Switch to a different network, clear the browser cache and retry. If the file does not appear in the download folder after three retries, open a support ticket at /contact/.
Update path
App updates are pushed through the operator's update channel. The current version and changelog sit at /latest-version/. You can also reach the same page from the support menu inside the app.
The package is hosted on the operator's content delivery network. The download URL is generated per device and is valid for the published window only.
