Account closure path
Open the responsible play menu inside the app, tap "Close account", confirm the closure, and the account is locked. Any pending withdrawal is processed before the closure completes. The wallet balance, if any, is paid out through the standard withdrawal path before the closure.
KYC clearance
KYC must be completed before the closure, otherwise the closure pauses pending KYC verification. The KYC verification path sits at /wallet-kyc/. If KYC has been completed and cleared, the closure proceeds immediately.
Cool-off period
If you reopen the account within the cool-off window, the original wallet balance, VIP tier and bonus eligibility are restored. After the cool-off window closes, the closure is permanent and the account cannot be reopened.
Data deletion
Personal data is deleted in line with the privacy notice at /privacy/. Some records (transaction history, KYC documents) are retained for the period required by the applicable anti-money-laundering and tax regulations.
Take a cool-off period before permanent closure if you are unsure. The responsible play menu offers a self-imposed cool-off of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without closing the account.
